It could be for 1 of 100 reasons. For example did you list a high risk item? eBay can consider anything from a pair of sunglasses, old nikie shoes, digital items to be high risk.

I just ended up waiting over 72 hours again and now its working good. Able to withdraw £200 a day at the moment. Chuffed

Update, i messaged PayPal and they said they were unable to Resolve the issue from their end. The guy in the message said he can get a supervisor to Call me to help assist me with the withdrawal...
