Yes I understand but they do ban like this. Many people faces such issues with Coinbase. I use binance and kraken, never faced such issues till now.

I had coinbase from 2013 but didn't login there for year, recently tried to login and they asked to verify with id and utility bills. I provided them and they just banned the account. It's just same...
