That was what the agent on the phone told me. He explained how everything worked while I acted dumb on the phone. So it came directly from PayPal. They said paypal’s System does the look up etc. what...

EBay account is fairly new but even when the customer gets their item and three business days afterwords or more… I could not send out anything without a quick verification by text or calling. Same...

The reason was that the phone number has to be registered to the PayPal account name.

I used to do the same thing and I used verizon air card... i had a whole thread on what happened a long time ago. Seemed like I got limited IP's that it would shuffle through.
