Items that aren't collected get sent straight back, very convenient for buyers to just decide they no longer want the item and get a free refund

I just contacted eBay and turns out they've removed the option at at random for certain users and they're calling it their pilot test. Who knows why but the test was supposed to end on the 5th and...
