When it comes to using a Savings Account for the new managed payments wouldn't you be able to just deposit some funds into the SAVINGS ACCOUNT and leave enough to cover any potential refunds in eBay?

It is a UK stealth account. 15 months old years. I was asked to re-enter my docs which I did. They failed today. I tried to sign back in after that but I was told my password is incorrect.

My stealth paypal account got limited this week but when I went in to see what steps I had to take to lift the limitation there where "NO STEPS". I have never seen that before. Any ideas ?
