For example if Mr A has been banned on Amazon UK and needs to open a stealth to operate there would he be ok on Amazon USA...

I know there is a company called Bybox where you send the parcel to them and they forward to a locker.

The limits are generally random and generally make no sense just keep constantly selling with no refunds etc.

I sold 5 things in quick succesion once and had the 750 limit came back 6 months later...

Does 3v and/or Entropay come with account number and sort code as that is the only way I have seen you can verify?

It never asked for a shipping address, I assumed as it was my ebay account it would register THAT address as delivery address but maybe not
