I've found that ignorance/confusion is the best approach with EB/PP. Sounding too informed will raise their suspicions.

I buy the refill cards on EB. $25-$28 for a $40 card. I buy 2 cards a month to cover the $75 plan.

Same experience for me.

I even have a bank of accounts that were created 8 years ago and immediately suspended, I spot checked 8 or 10 and all were still able to login.

You failed to mention why it was suspended.

If you are selling something you shouldn't be selling switching accounts will be a very temporary fix.

I don't think there is any other option for 3G mifis. They no longer activate 3G phones from my understanding.

My 4G isn't flashed.

Location does seem to me more pinpointed than 3G was, but still out 100 miles sometimes. 3G I often got completely different states.

I still order(and produce some) my own products. I have a few people that help in managing my accounts and I have someone who comes in the afternoon and gets a stack...

Pretty sure that ship sailed out already. My last 2 stopped working 6 weeks ago. I'd switched to 4G in January tho. Don't miss those speeds...

I do not use VPN's, I learned long ago that anything vaguely "data centerish" isn't good for stealth.

I sell a product I cannot ship to MO, so I just state in my listing and cancel the occasional order.

When are you being asked for SSN? I created some accounts today and have been moving small amounts trying to trigger it and cannot get it to request SSN.

I guess it's a good problem to not be...

If so scroll over "my Ebay" at the top, go down to selling and click it. Limits will be shown at the top of that page.

I wouldn't consider the PO burned. You can still have an item shipped to an different address than is listed. People move and PO boxes are re-assigned all the time. Ebay knows this.
