no way, example if you sell used things you get much more problems, if you have one Id and one paypal you are busted, but if you have 3-5 accounts on one name and one good paypal you spread defect...

German ebay is OK, big limits in each months but if you get first Not recived or nt described, ther will be no limit lifting, you must call.
for each account on IP not from germany i have to provide...

yes i have done this by, ebay + paypal. confirm credit card or bank account, than list item small 10euro with paypal, if they not limit account in first 12hours account will go good. if not they ask...

yes its true, but i have problem with this, if your name on bank account is
"Big Daddy" and your ebay name is " Huge Worm" You will get Transfer but on same thay Bank refuse it and send back to...

1. 2-3days from open I bid on 2-3Auctions

2. next day I put first listing (if ther is no mc999 i go to next step)

3. in 4day from open account I put all 9/10 auctions online.
