Will ebay know that im using the same VCC even if is only connected to 1 paypal.

On Europe account the money that i will earn i will buy items on stores that acept paypal. Yes the problem is also how to verify phone. Do you know the service for Italy or Europe internet phone...

Its ok if i make Australia VPN paypal account and then connect Entropay card?
And will i have some reciving limits like in Europe i have 2500€ per year limit.
