They did this to me a couple of times. Open a case in ioffer helpdesk and send them an “angry”message. I did this and they reinstated the account in just a couple of days. Ioffer’s bots are messed up...

Yes i did find out later when i tried a second time to put personal info that now etsy asks for id...but in the first trial they did not i was just getting that message that they cannot verify me.....

I am happy to report that my account was restored. All my items reactivated. Ok gives me hope that they do look into accounts more carefully. Thumbs up for ioffer for now :)
