If you're phone tethering and you change your ip every time when you switch accounts isn't that bad because you're using a different ip every time? This is my only concern with phone tethering.

You can't use the apps but I'm pretty sure you can use the browser on your phone just make sure you delete the history, cookies, and turn airplane mode on and off before logging into another ebay...
