I have found in the UK there is absolutly no recourse to argue a vero mark, ebay have told me that once the copyright holder has made a complaint, the only way to reverse it is through the copyright...

yes i use it with multiple accounts, got 10 ebay accounts all nicely in one app with royal mail so i can fire off all the postage centrally and it updates the ebay accounts with the relevant tracking...

If you can get the one which has a 12mth expiry and 12gig for £30 works out much cheaper than the pay monthly version. Which is £15 for 3gig!

I have been using a three dongel for over a year now, cheap and easy to use. I have yet to have a duplicate ip! Their ip range must be huge.
