Also, when i check my summary / recent activity on my paypal it says

Bank Account
Denied - transfer to Bank.

My bank still shows as attatched. Is my bank denying it now or is paypal glitching...

They only require SSN if you want to spend/ use your balance online. If you dont provide ssn you can still withdraw to your bank if attached.
