i spoke to paypal recently and they told me any amount under 400 they dont need documents, or if they ask, to wait a month and all funds can be withdrawn.
Currently they are holding £2200 and £1750...

I have the same problem.
i sold 300 items in 1 day and almost eveything was held, next day id say 70% was cleared.
its odd how it works out.

When registering new accounts, the 4 digits are in the online banking are always there 24 hours later.

Barclays are instant.

everyones got there own way for stealths.

Ideally, 1 ebay/paypal account per user account,per VPN.
But, ive had pp accounts banned by brand risk, ebay accounts banned all the time and none linked...

there asking me now for more photo id before i can have the funds released of £3200.00 and another utility bill, so frustrating, not sure what to do, they want birth certificate for my stealth...

Actually your wrong about that.
There are many parts of the Microsoft licence that allows users to sell under for example system building for Microsoft as part of the EU licence.
