I was selling on Amazon.com, there is no Amazon in Bulgaria. Indeed the option for a certified translator is a good idea.

Pretty sure those guys have nothing to do with the rights of this...

Indeed that's a very good idea. I also sold some clothing which did not fit and buyer wanted to return it. Had a friend in the States and gave the buyer his address, so he returned it there for 9-10...

Which country are you located? How heavy is the item? Go really polite with the buyer and ask them to send the item back with economy service, but with tracking still. Also, dont know how is it in...

I’ve been there myself and since I am not an US resident I can’t as well. Contact the buyer and agree with him to ship the itemand then reimburse him for the shipping cost... If you think it is not...
