Re: shipping clearance DHL
this is an email i got from DHL this morning :

There nothing is needed to export shpm, the delay is because shipment is waiting a routine inspection at CCS and MIQ by National guard & customs authorities to proceed with final export, No ppwk required from shipper or consignee. DHL can´t expedite this process, and we should only gave verbal info about this at customers, If they need something from shipper or consignee, they will let customer know, for now you can invite to customer to continue monitoring through our website www.dhl.com.
DHL don’t have an estimated clearance time, please wait patiently and monitor for the outcome and they didn't contact to customer about shipment inspection at destination till shipment will release or any paperwork requested from customs.
So, customer have to wait for outcome because we cannot push or do anything with customs in each country.
If any paperwork request, we will let customer know.
