I am sorry to hear that, DHL is a graveyard, i may of gotten lucky. I typically only order 1 heavier product via DHL, and that's because it saves me almost $2 per piece = $100 savings..

Well, I haven't yet, as I haven't had to switch PO Box's yet *knocks on wood* | DHL won't deliver to a PO box and most of the stuff I buy is only offered through DHL shipping. So, I'm having to get new UPS boxes about every month now. Can anyone shed more light on this subject?

Bought some tablets. I hardly use DHL anymore, however seller insisted on it as it should not be a problem with customs...
Just got an email update and notice this...
"Description: PACKING MATERIALS PAPER NO BATTERY"
Ok I know they all fudge but why add "no battery"....
That's like asking them to look.... Maybe next time he will put "no bomb!" on the description. (Sarcasm)
I am just gonna keep using other companies and ladder the shipments

Putting the no battery part is dumb on their part. But, since it is toxic and there are giant signs in all the post offices warning about trying to ship batteries...I guess they thought saying there were no batteries in the box was a good idea?

Reading some these posts makes me feel lucky i don't go through all that here in london - I think we must have a solid DHL depot.
But saying this now.... give it a week and i'll prob be facing some sort of huge delay  |

You really make me laugh a lot ,specially put"no bomb"on the description ,actually your supplier donot have to gave a description"packing materials paper no battery",this really will make the custom attention to check the packages.
In this case,Writing "packing materials paper" on the description is enough .

Look at this REDICULOUS Cincinnati Hub OH customs delay! Its been there 5 days and still hasnt left even though it says completed. Its a portable DC solar panel charger from Italy.

Thanks! and yes it is insane. I paid $36.71 for DHL Express 4-5 business days (or 1-6 depending on pandemic delays) and...
...ITS STILL SITTING IN CINCINNATI HUB OH, Customs! even after it says complete! 
God I cant stand stupid government with their greedy hands in our pockets
stealing every dime they can.
I paid almost 40 bucks for DHL shipping that has taken tripple the amount of
time so far and still counting.
