DHL and Clearance Delay

Does it say that on your DHL waybill? Also I have received total of 9 out 11 packages via

DHL last week. Only 1 was seized by US customs and 1 by HK customs. Time to place

more order!

I've never seen this before. However, I would not inquire about it. And if anyone called me, I would disclaim any knowledge of the package.

Held in Warehouse: UPS is holding the shipment per a contract service offering.
what does this mean? service offering?
i contact seller to take care of this or i will want full refund!
