Default USPS Express Mail

Do you have to go to the post office in person to ship international via Express Mail?

You have the option to print Express Label in Paypal ( never tried it tho ), and it asks you to add the Customs Form ( which I have plenty at home ).

So is it possible to drop International Packages at the USPS without going to the counter?

I have developed a long term relationship with my post office, and I DO NOT have to go in.

Yep, Do it right on the auction page and its just a few clicks instead of filling out all the form details. They autofill it all.

Then you can also have the PO pick it up for free if you schedule the delivery pickup. I do it every day and love it.
