Throw the letter away and get on the horn with your supplier regarding what he/she will do to rectify the situation. and even if the Brand owner's attorney sends you a letter, don't sweat that either, trust me.
It's when you get certified mail (mail that you have to sign for) that you have to sweat a bit, but even then, if you read through this sub forum, 99 times out of 100, nothing happens.
