Heads up... to people using this program, can you ask your customers to send you a photo of the packaging.

word is, these people at this KY shipping location are OPENING OUR PACKAGES.. INSPECTING THEM.. AND THEN SHIPPING THEM.

oh yea, and if they do a **** job, and the item breaks, guess who is on the hook.....................YOU ARE.

ALSO, this is mail, its for ME..and the person I send it to, unless they have some offical USPS workers handling this crap THEY ARE BREAKING THE LAW..right?

all they need to do is slap customs on the package and keep it moving.....takes me 60 seconds to fill out a customs form.

if they really are doing this, its beyond stupid.

no no no no no no no no! we have no protection using this program... the only thing you get is 5 stars if it gets to them within X amount of time.

if they run over the box with a truck and mail it, its your problem, not theirs.

Assurance of 5 stars ...but no protection from claims and chargebacks...great plan ugh
