My order from 09.12 yesterday has been updated to 2014.09.23 16:09 (GMT-7): Shipment information received , but nothing changed by today.
That's really annoying :(
This as all to do with corruption with in customs i was on the phone yesturday to dhl and they tried to tell me it was my supplier when i pushed more at her and told her there is hundreds of people have the same problem she then admited there was a problem and should be fixed soon. she then told me my parcel was due to be picked up well guess what there still full of **** the same old crap.

My supplier just gave me a new tracking number for my package. He picked it up from customs and resent it. Its been stuck since the 13th.

Dhl is normal now. But my supplier is charging $1 more per kilo now.
What makes you think dhl is back to normal now? Mines still stuck on shipment information received since the 17th. My supplier keeps saying it should change within 48 hours.
My supplier told me that we are just waiting for DHL to update their status.
Other people reported that all the packages are still stuck at customs.

Seems to me that DHL is just trying to calm everybody down and buy some time.

From experience it's more likely the sellers just lie through their teeth all the time, which is true.
I've just noticed that my seller stopped offering DHL as a shipping option.
I'm gonna write email to HK DHL and try to get some answers from them directly later in the day.
If it is normal, then why are so many still waiting? I have a hard time believing it.
Your supplier needs to pick it up and resend it. I got 3 packages shipped after 13th and they all arrived. For 1 parcel which was stuck, i was given a new tracking number for it.

Im getting packages fine now. Your suppliers dhl agent needs to pickup and resend the parcel.
