Default Your listing was removed: Prescription and over-the-counter drugs policy

Hi guys and girls , been a long time browser of the site. First time poster.
I just got slapped with a 3 day ban due to Your listing was removed: Prescription and over-the-counter drugs policy breach
FOR A FREAKING COLDSORE TREATMENT LIPBALM !!!

I did list this item before the ban and ebay sent a warning email with no action taken and just removed the listing.

I relisted the item and it sold, about 1 week AFTER it sold ebay removed the item from my sold transactions and hit me with a 3 day ban due to Prescription and over-the-counter drugs policy breach.

Before I read the 3 day ban email I relisted it again, and quickly removed it, immediately after I read it.
Ebay emails me again (3rd time) with another Prescription and over-the-counter drugs policy breach ! But no action was taken
extract of email .....
How this affects your account

- Listings that didn't follow the policy have been ended.

We have credited all associated fees except for payments processing fees and the final value fee for your listing(s).

- No policy violation has been recorded on your account.

We realize there were issues outside your control that resulted in eBay removing the listing(s). However, not following this policy in the future may result in the removal of your listings from the site or from search results. Other actions we may take include lowering a seller’s rating, charging additional fees, limiting buying and selling privileges, or suspending your account. All fees paid or payable for listings that are ended and/or hidden from search will not be refunded or otherwise credited to your account.

This is on a 6 year old account with 3 prior warnings/policy breaches ;

The account is up and still running but I fear to list anything on there just in case , ebay get their knickers in a twist and kill the account!

It seems I need to have a business account and be registered with MHRA.
I already have a back up business account.
But this MHRA registration thing has me perplexed
Does anyone know how I go about doing this ? Or Can I buy an account that already has the green light for selling OTC items ?

You will not be able to buy an acct pre-approved for the sale of such items and I doubt youll be able to somehow register yourself and be approved for such sales without being a substantial business operation involved in such items.
Just avoid such items in the future if theyre that problematic. Hopefully you have other items youre selling.

Some OTC medicines aren't allowed on eBay, sadly - especially if they have ingredients that are whitelisted (but regulated) by the MHRA.
I expect a cold sore lip balm ingredient may include some benign anti-viral / bacterial ingredients.

Furthermore, unless your account is a business account, you'd get your listings pulled incessantly.
