Starting an account with a family member

I have permission from a family member to use their information for a sellers account. Is there anything I should be careful of when starting the account?

Before you use that info and make an account, make several accounts to practice with and follow the guidelines in the stealth guide.

When making your account use your mobile phone as a hot spot, do not use a V P N residential or otherwise. Create a gmail account, remember your relative will get a 1099 for sales over a $100 per year and can incur a tax liability.

Should I make a business account or personal? I plan to have a good amount sales as long as it doesn't get banned. The following will be new

Address
Phone
Wifi
New computer

biggest risk are random suspensions of new accounts , personal details are not verified for a while , they just suspend new members randomly
