180 days is credit card dispute, your buyer can open a case with his cc issuer within 180 days.
When I first read MP is 60 days,I am surprised ,but then Ayden is a European company,cc rules may be different from US rules.
Europeans do not have many credit cards and I bet there are few chargebacks,I heard from some South African buyers, they said there is no such thing as chargeback> .
So it could be Ayden learns something new everyday. Quote:

The only way to advance this case is to get a higher up who will escalate it. | It sounds like these reps do not know what they are talking about.
It is hard to keep up with all the rules.
IT Could also depends on why you are suspended, some items are considered high risk, like popular electronics (Iphone) comics, high end designer this and that and high end jewelry
