So how may unpaid item strikes can I get with a buyer account?

And how can i get them removed ethically or unethical...LOL

It should be 3. Last year it was 3 not sure about now. I just got 1 a few days ago for the first time in about a year and by the changes it looks like ONLY eBay is able to remove it now. Not the buyer anymore.
