Default Returned Item - Need Photo ID/Signature!

Ok so the title may not be so obvious to my question, however, I had a return from a customer who wasnt satisfied.
He sent it to me via recorded deliver [needs signature], but the return name was in steal details ie. Mr Joe Bloggs. I wasnt in when it arrived, its been sent to the post office depot. I cant go and pick it up coz they require photo ID and obviously my photo ID doesnt have the name Joe Bloggs on it.

Any suggestions? :-\

Is there any way to have it redeliver by contacting the post office. I know in the USA we can go online and have package redeliver to the address.

You should be able to go on to RM's website and rearrange a date for redelivery. There should be a reference number, usually the tracking number that you type in.

Hey,
You can just go into the post office with a letter addressed to that person and they never really have a problem. Type something vaguely authentic in word, print it out etc, and then go in with that if they ask.
