paypal suspended cause outside ebay transaction

i was getting regular payment from outside ebay ( paypal to paypal with name of item) on my paypal account and paypal limited my account

pls advise why they did this and what mistakes did i make?

Are they asking you to provide any information for the transactions?

It depends on how you were receiving these payments. Were you asking the buyer(s) to send you the money via "gift", so that you wouldn't be charged any fees? If you did that they could see that as money laundering.

If you were receiving lots of money without selling on a website, auction site,etc then they could see you as a scam artist,etc there are alot of possibilities.

regular payment - that is always a big thing - pa yp al probably started seeing a trend - were both of the pp accounts yours?

Pa yp al's stat analysis software+staff are pretty tight up on trends.

How many were you receiving and during what period of time? That's what triggered it.
