How was my account suspended!?!?

What the heck man, I made a brand new eBay account and set it up as a seller right away. I hear high-risk items are a no-no on new accounts (or any account for that matter) so I went through my stuff and found some of the lowest risk items i could find. Low and behold just 15 minutes after listing them I get hit with a suspension from eBay and PayPal.


I dont understand, I did everything right (cleared cookies, userID, etc etc) and still got banned.

For the record, heres what I listed:
