You can't.

If Ebay want Paypal then Paypal it is. If Paypal say no to the details on the Ebay account then the Ebay account is dead - sorry - that's just the way it is.

You make a CCN ow and send invoices to your customers for them to use pa yp al. Takes a bit of convincing but doable. As for trying to keep your account alive, you need to be creative with a `new`paypal...

If you were not limited, you could have used ccnow as an extra payment method, by sending invoices.

you cannot use ccnow to cash out a 180 limited account.

Sorry greenbean :D. I do appreciate all the help really do.

OK so I'm guessing eventually my ebay accnt is going to R.I.P. if I dnt have a good paypal account attached.?is it just a matter of time
Because I noticed I still can LIST items and the payapl accnt is still attached to ebay... and I'm guessing payments are going to go to the limited paypal? I'm not sure..
I was thinking I should just open a ccnow n send manual invoices through it or is that just a waste of time

I'm not trying to cash out paypal u know I gotta wait the 180 not worried bout the cash stuck on it. I have plenty of other accnts thanx stealth guide
