Angry How did I get a negative feedback from someone that never purchased from me?

Tried to get this one sorted, to no avail. Purchaser never paid, so never got item...leaves negative feedback, which I respond to...the ⊗⊗⊗⊗ buyer then taunts me with hahahaha! (basically)...it is all written there...eBay will not fix. Wish they would get the glitches out of their programming?
Now I have been limited? for having two negatives out of 900 or so sales?
Why can no one explain? I list ten days postage...but get poor feedback, for not posting immediatedly? So what is the point of listing 10 days for postage?

More than two negatives to get limited even by paypal australia.

2 negatives would not lead to any problems....clearly you are leaving key information out.

With 10 days postage, most of the buyers are ignorant..
Even if you list 1 day postage and then post them straight away, this ignorant buyer still not happy & gave you 1-2 stars.. Really annoyed.. :(

Not so,,,Internally Ebay for quite some time now has been evaluating Seller Performance based SOLELY on "RECENT" Performance,,so 2 Negatives out of say 20 Sales in your last 30 Days is MORE than enough to get you booted,,,The "Overall" Scores no longer really matter
