Buying older ebay account = Instant eBay funds?

Thinking about buying a older eBay account that has high selling limits and received instant payments from customers. I was wondering if I changed the linked Paypal account on the eBay account, will it still keep the funds available instantly?

Changing the linked paypal will raise flags.

You may be called upon to prove the account is not hijacked

Thanks for the quick reply. I am so eager to try it out but I don't want to miss screwing it up. If anyone has some experience with this I would be forever happy.

It is not a matter of being forever happy...

It is a matter of understanding paypal.

If you cared to expand info on the purchase ( by pm if you wish), I could add advice that may be usuable.

the ebay delegates whether or not the funds will be on the 21 day hold.
