i have received this reply from amazon after i send them continuous emails to diffrent departments including director uk/usa , below is the full reply could somebody shed light on this and my chances of getting my money back after 90 days . yes i made a mistake as everybody is saying but it happend what should i do now or stopped wishing i would get my money back ?

issue and
respond on his behalf.
As mentioned in our previous correspondence, we have not been able to
successfully
process your application. As a licensed payment service provider, Amazon
Payments
Europe S.C.A. is subject to specific obligations in order to open and
maintain
Selling on Amazon payment accounts. These obligations include the
verification of
customers’ identity and address, including individuals who manage the
account, as
per the harmonized EU anti-money laundering and terrorist financing
regime. In order
to do so, we may request supporting documentation. Without this
information, or if
we are not able to verify it, we will not be in a position to proceed with
the
registration and to open the payment account.
Unfortunately, I am unable to provide you with any further information.
Please be
assured that your account has been reviewed extensively, and I have
determined that
it will not be opened. Please understand that this is a permanent action.
Subsequent
registration requests may be denied as well.
Please also note that as per our Participation Agreement, we may in our
sole and
absolute discretion delay initiating any remittances and withhold any
payments to be
made or that are otherwise due to seller in connection with the Service or
this
Agreement for the shorter of: (a) a period of 90 days following the
initial date of
account closure; or (b) completion of any investigation(s) regarding any
seller
actions and/or performance in connection with this Agreement. Please contact
payments-investigate@amazon.co.uk 90 days following the closure of your
account to
initiate the return of your funds.
Whilst I appreciate that this is not the outcome you had hoped for, please
consider
this our final position on the matter. Further correspondence regarding
the closure
of your account may not be answered.
