Is there a particular reason you don't use the green dot ones? They seem like they'd be the best option as you can chose whatever amount you want to add and reload them if needed.

anyone got info on wwwcard.com, has us/uk/us gift visa cards

Greendot cards do not work. You are required to place your REAL name & Information on the card.

OOPs, well I got my new ebay/paypal accounts working after following the steps in the guide and using one of your recommended gift cards HOWEVER I did screw up on one thing. When I created my Ebay account and it prompted me to go create a Paypal account it asked for my card info which I submitted. I thought this was the same as verifying that card with Paypal but I guess not. I used all the funds on my gift card already so looks like I'll have to get a new one when I need to lift my withdrawal limit...in a couple of weeks most likely. The new card should verify fine still right, as long as I fill out the address and everything properly again? Should I remove the old gift card before I add it or just leave them both on there? Too bad I didn't realize sooner because the card is literally only short of the 1.95 it needs by a few cents lol.

^^^^^^^^^
Your New PP account should be fully Verified via the 2 Bank deposits and adding the credit card to remove the limits before you ever use it.
This is the safest way to use your new PP account.

It does not matter if you remove the old one or not.
Just make the new card your default card.
When you added your card upon creation PP should have done a $1 authorization on your card.
The $1 authorization will be removed in about 7-10 days and the $1 will reappear on your card as a increase in your available balance.

OK there is a lot of info here. Can we narrow down this info.? Which of the listed cards (in the US) can be used with EBAY fees anonymously and not give you any problems?
Can any of the cards listed be used with PAYPAL to have PAYPAL pay proceeds into the card?

ok i bought a bunch of the gift2go visa cards from wallgreens. i just added it to paypal to lift my limits. i logged into my account and the $1.95 charge is there but there are no numbers before the word paypal. there are 10 after it but none before. why is this

Here We Go Again 02-22-2009 08:19 PM

As I stated in the PM I have sent you....
There is sometimes a delay in the EXPUSE 4 digit number.
Give it a few hours to a day and it will replace the phone number that is showing on the credit card statement right now.

This slight delay has been discussed in the Forum before.
I have addresses this exact issue before.

Snagga 02-22-2009 09:08 PM

yes. thank you for the pm. i had posted this prior to pming you. thanx again for the reply. will see what happens tomorrow

well i hope i don't ask any more redundant questions but i'm a bit unclear on this and i have been searching for the answer for about half any hour now. Looking forward to opening up a new paypal and ebay account soon. I have a mall down the street where i can pickup a simon gift card but it seems like i've read somehwere on here not to use this because of address verification problems. there are 3 options to obtain the simon giftcard... should i be using the gift account option on their website or picking up a physical card from my local mall OR should i order the giftcard from simon.com? can i use the same card to verify both ebay and paypal? thanks for clearing this up.

You mean www.www-card.com?

Just tried one out today to sucessfully make an Amazon stealth account.

You first have to register your debit card and enter a 4 digit pin from your bank statement before you can purchase an unlimited amount of virtual gift visa cards from them.

The minimum load to create a card is:

£15 + £2 issue fee

$25 + $4 issue fee

€15 + €3 issue fee

I can confirm that these work with Amazon UK and they should work fine with PayPal.
