Should I input a simon CC before going into ebay

Okay, I am all setup(verified) with my bank account in paypal now just need one more thing to clear the $500 limit which I will be doing the simon cc.

Now, should I do this before upgrading my ebay account to a seller account? Or should I just go ahead with ebay and enter the card later? I need to go get one actually.

Get the paypal all fixed with lifted limits. Use the gift card.

Then that paypal can be attached to ebay and makes the account a selling one. Be tidy with what you do. Don't jump from one thing to another.
