Basically you join online and load your "initial" virtual card with £10 min, then straight away you get the card number, start date, expiry date and cvv code and it works instantly
Even better for our purposes  once logged into your account you can then create another virtual visa "gift card" with any name on you want, apparantly there is some way to also enter in a different address for this card have not stumbeld on that yet, I transferred over £3 from my "main" vcc to the newly created one then bam confirmed it on fleebay and paytw*t instantly.
All done from new customer to confirmed on eb and pp in less than 10 minutes!!!!

However I have posted another thread when I cam round to listing my first item a car in my case it would not let me proceed until I have verified a bank account with paytw*t dont know if this was anything to do with this card or a couple of other issues with the eb and pp account being a few months old and not "fully" stealth, no-one has answered my other thread yet :(
Going to try again today with fully stealth accounts see if I can get past adding the bank account, I only want to list this 1 car on this account so dont want to waste a bank account just yet, besides I dont actually have a banl account I can use paytw*t have already had them all and now with a terrible credit rating am struggling like mad trying to open a new bank account :(
For my "proper" stealth account in a few weeks I am looking at securetrust bank that seem ace just have to wait and see if it will pass verification or not still researching for this just need to get rid of this dam car quickly!
