Strange 2nd account not suspensed??

Hi,

I registered in July with 2 accounts, one I used for buying, but I fall behind and that account got suspened.

My other account with a different address, same name which I'm planning to use to sell with, I was using a dongle at first for this 2nd account, then I was used my home boardband which should have got me linked.

Yet, 7 weeks later, logging in a few times on my home boardband and my account is still active is it becuause I'm verfifed on paypal?.

Yes I had 4 unpaid item strikes and the first account has suspended

Are eBay really that strict with Unpaid item strikes, I've never had the problem myself.

They are strict with unpaid item strikes - deadbeats in all sense of the word are not welcomed.

They should be strict. Deadbeats cost sellers time and money! I just had someone purchase a $250 item from me and has yet to pay. Really pisses me off.
