Default Brainwashed Customer

One of my paypal accounts is limited, I have 20 Positive feedback and 14 DSR'S 4.9 5.0 5.0 5.0

I sent a customer an email saying my paypal account is not working at the moment, but you can pay via credit card or cheque, i sent an email invoice to her from Alertpay.

She sends me this email

----------------------------------------------------------------
Hello

I am not happy to pay by cheque - sorry.

I will not buy anything on ebay without the protection of paypal.

Your advert mentions paypal, so that is why I purchased.

Can you please cancel this order.

Regards
*****

Protection of paypal, you are having a laugh right... lol

I have this happen to me with numerous customers when I try to invoice them from my merchant processor. Sadly - one way or the other - the customer is always right. Brainwashed or not, good luck cajoling him/her/it to use Alertpay.

Less headache to cancel transaction and move on.

I would be the same as a customer, would never pay by cheque, less protection

In all fairness she doesn't know you, PayPal does in buyers cases provide protection. Cheque's are dodgy and even when you send them another secure way of paying it rings alarms to most people.

Credit Card Cheque provides the same protection as a credit card - I wouldn't expect the average customer to be persuaded on that though. But I would NEVER pay with AlertPay, that is the carder's paradise.

Wow looked at Alertpay a bit - pretty surprising that I know the owner and his brother from way back in the day. The owner used to be involved in selling comic books and things ha - good times.
