 help with creating new ebay + paypal

i purchased eBay Stealth 3.0 5 days ago
step 1 new user acc. check
step 2 change ip address i asked isp for new modem so a check their i guess
step 3 new name and email address can i use in laws name but surname is already been used to create ebay+paypal had paypal limitation with this surname
step 4 new address : my mate says i can use his address :O)
apologies for being a noob but a lot to take in
can i pick your brains for steps 5/8 in a few days   |
