Creating A Seller's Account

Hello. I'm trying to get some confirmation on this process if you would be so kind.

I did a quick search and came up with half my answer from

I am aware I can add a CC from Preferences and from a "Creating a Seller's Account" link from the help section.

My question is about the 30 day (advised) wait period that is addressed in the stealth guide.

I have a couple accounts that I made over 2 months ago. I never added the CC information to these accounts. Should one wait 30 days AFTER imputing the CC into the system to list an auction? Or can I add the CC information now and start selling slowly, knowing that the accounts are more than a month old? Accounts are Paypal verified btw.

I believe it's 30 days after you've added the CC, which turns it into a sellers account, so waiting 30 days before adding the card was most likely a waste of time.

Ouch. Guess I gotta wait more =\ Just a suggestion, but that information should really be put into the guide. It doesn't mention it.
