Lifting Limits Problem

I have an account which is maybe 4-6 months old. I have 50 positive feedbacks and just received my first negative feedback .

The problem is a couple of weeks ago i was notified by paypal that i have almost reached my limits and that they need additional information. (i thought my limits had already been fixed)

Anyway i supplied the extra info which wasnt much. i think i just added a entropay card number and info about the business. All the things in the resolution centre have been ticked but it still says that there is still a problem. Although it doesnt say what the problem is.

I have emailed paypal twice now asking them for some assistance and they havnt replied. Has anyone had the same problem and have any advice please?

Hi arshavin.

Have you verified your entropay card? I think this may be your problem.

Go on add/remove card and it give you the option to verify in this case your entropay card.

Just logged in and clicked on the link and confirm button. Says to check my account in 2-3 days for deposit amounts. Will these show up on the entropay invoice?

Yes you just need to go on your entropay and click where it says 'statement' then the £1.00 will appear and then be deducted back to your paypal account and then appear in there.

Along with the £1.00 there will be a 4 digit code they send you which you need to then input into your paypal to confirm the card.
