Default Possible to wd after 180 days with unresolved disputes?

If my PP account has unresolved disputes or if they have asked for documents and SSN, will I be able to withdraw after 180 days if I don't provide what they ask for?

Since when are paypal going to release funds with unresolved disputes on the account?

Also, paypal does hold funds forever. Maybe a surprise to you,Shady. But I can assure that several users have been denied release of their funds.

In other cases not assoicated with this forum, paypal has held over US$1,000,000 as a combined total. Account holders in question were from Asia. the funds were not released.

Dont be saying stuff like that.

Haha sorry I looked again and he said "don't", he even bolded it

To the OP, send in the docs, if they don't work then when PayPal denies lifting the limitations on your PayPal and decides to close it...it will be 180 days from then.

I think a lot of people send any details in and then Pay Pal email you telling you that they have decided against lifting your account limitations and have decided to close your account. They will say that you can withdraw after 180 days.

You can then withdraw the money after 180 days, PayPal email you when you can.

When they limit your account the 180 days begins ticking if you don't bother sending in your docs.

You should receive a notice that your pp account has been limited. Check your spam folder too.

I can't remember but I think you receive the 180 day notification if you send in the docs but pp decide to close your account.

But the funds are available from the day they limited your account.

Have you tried emailing them from the registered email address or through PP?

You don't have to but it may give you the full answer to your question.

'Your remaining account balance will be held in your PayPal account for 180
days from the date your account was limited. After 180 days, you will be
notified via email with information on how to receive your remaining funds.
If you choose to provide refunds to your customers, please log in to your
account and contact us with a list of transaction IDs for the buyers that
you would like to have refunded for you.'

So, If I'm not able to send it all the docs, it doesn't matter if I send one or a few?

If you do that then they will likely decided against lifiting your acount limitations and close it.

Do you not think you can save the account? I see you need a SSN, is that what you cannot provide them?

I am so glad we do not have to provide our NINO in the Uk Anyone know why PayPal don't do this because me

So you are listing on ebay.com (US) & pretended to be in the USA? paypal caught you? .

Then be very careful about getting paypal to agree to release the funds.

Sometimes paypal are NOT releasing held funds.

What was the reason for being limited?

No, I must advise users of potential troubles.

And no, Norway does not have the SSN. If I recall correctly theirs is NIN, or D-Number

Ya gotta think a little deeper. What's in front of you may not be so

Just looked and it is the D-Number, I was thinking of Austria.

You know too much...

1. I wasn't selling on ebay. I was doing affiliate marketing and the seller was using PP. I have no idea why PP limited the account, Perhaps because I transferred some big amounts to another account. PP said that there were strange transactions or something, but I told them it was ok. Anyway, I was using stealth accounts for this with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ info

Is your Pay Pal fully verified and all limits removed? I think not!

This is likely the reason, although Pay Pal regularly screen account activity for 'high risk' transactions as well.
