getting grief over address from buyer

so you know how when you sell something the buyer gets your name, town and post code? well sorry to shock you if you didnt know, but try buying something even from a non-business seller and you get this info on the youve won this item email.....

so I got this customer who wanted to return item, so I say return to sticker on back of envelope, and they are like, no I cant because that isnt your registered address on the account and they relay back to me what the address details (everything except door number) is on account, fortunately this is all on private email as opposed to on ebay messaging, but this buyer is SO much hassle, anyway Ive told them its a dropship address....

heads up anyway.....buyers, cant live without them, cant incinerate them...

Well, actually, you CAN incinerate them.


Although I suppose that the UK may have laws against that.....



I have few buyer problems, but when they come up, I usually get stuck with the buyers from hell....
