If they kept on calling you, threaten him that you will contact his local police department for phone harassment.

Also, have you reported him to eBay yet?

You can block numbers, so block his number, don't disable the GV account.

Set your google voice to foward to your local police dept that will teach him

Go into Google Voice, then click on the phone number at the upper right hand corner. That will take you to a menu where you can click and unclick your choices of call forwarding options. You simply have to unclick your own personal phone number from there.

I usually forward it to my Google chat option. Hope that helps out.
