It used to be easy, now you have to hunt for it. I keep going through all the contact info, trying different options until it gives you the choice between live chat and calling them.

Few months ago when I had to fax invoices and id's for lifting limits, they wouldn't receive the fax for two weeks ( I sent out like 5 faxes to the number they provided ), until I finally called in, raged at an agent, and then the agent told me fax it over to his personal desk fax, and he would evaluate it on the spot.

After that it took 2-3 mins and I had my limits increased.


Calling in, raging and cursing ( not at the agent ), worked for me that time

Some days ago. I was suspended and then attached the documents they needed (proof of name, adress and ownership). After that i connected to live chat (ebay UK) and explained i already sent them the documents. She reviewed while chatting and was reinstated. Have done that a couple of times and like i said it always worked for me.

True. But in the end and if you chose some options (like suspended by policy violations for example) the chat is available. Itīs a question of "unlocking" some options...
