I just want to clarify something real quick.

In my opinion Lakeman, went above and beyond and created the accounts correctly.
He couldn't have foreseen this new policy whatsoever and I dismiss any notions of him being at fault.

He answered every question I threw at him and has pretty much guaranteed for himself my future business once this account is back afloat.

As far as GreenBean, I also believe the Admins here take a personal approach to insuring every one here who needs help resolving issues with eBay and PayPal are doing an outstanding job. If I had half the amount of their experience that they have I would still be an idiot (TRUST ME).

I didn't intend this thread to be a finger pointing post or a pissing contest.
This forum in my eyes is an extended family here to help everyone who has been beat up by Feebay and PayPunk.

The object is to find solutions around the menagerie of pits and traps that they constantly spring on us.
This is basically a think tank with everybody here sharing the common goal of making some money.

So with that being said and done...my apologies if this thread caused any hard feelings to anyone.

They generated a question for me on a stealth account and when I answered none of the above I still gave the wrong answer. It seems like no matter what they are going to start wanting things faxed in just to make things more difficult.

I Deleted my post that started all the finger pointing, because thats not my intentions by the post or why I exist on these forums. I understand this post is about a MC999. What i meant to say is The Lakeman account which i purchased(which he took care of me and was very helpful) had the same thing that happen. I got mc999 and needed documents faxed in. The Ebay customer service rep told me "The system is down if you could please fax in documents" All i meant by the post was that my account had the same similarities. On the behalf of Lakeman accounts not only did he give me a break on the price he was very helpful and gave me my account in a timely manner.

I had the same issue today with ebay and the MC999 email. I called them up as soon as I got the email. The ebay rep was actually pretty cool. He asked me to verify my account info (name address phone number etc.) He asked me if I had let anyone else use my computer recently. I said yes. He asked if I ever had an Ebay account I said yep but that was almost ten years ago when I was in the military. He said okay fine well who is Jeff Greeny (which was a name on an account that got banned before I found out about the Stealth Book and this forum)

I played dumb told the rep I did not know who he was talking about then he asked me about another aliases I used to make an account I said oh I have a cousin by that name. He then asked have I let my cousin use my computer I said yeah he may have checked his email on here a few times... Why? Then the rep told me that he has accounts under review or suspended ( the account was suspended almost two months ago) and not to let my cousin use my computer to check Ebay emails or log into his account from my computer.

I played dumb and asked the rep how that would effect me? He then kinda told me about linking accounts and similar information can cause my account to be subject to the same suspension as his accounts. I thanked the Ebay rep for the heads up and info and asked a very simple question that I already knew the answer to about shipping and payments. He talked for another five minutes then he said yeah looks like your account is okay im going to reinstate your listings it should take about 5 minutes. He said they will send me an email Nov 9th (month from today) to regarding my selling limits. I said great thanked him a few more times for the insight and hung up the phone.......

I copped the Stealth Book for the account that got the MC999 email I did exactly as it said and the info if used correctly with a little common sense goes far. I was fortunate enough to be able to get a brand new computer (2 of them actually) and new IP address I got my DBA very similar to my actually name. Used a little common sense surfed around bought a few small things (not ebooks) 1.75 baseball cards, 3.00 dollar kids poster. I even looked at the Levi's!

I said all that to say this .... You can win just! lol

You handled it well but you were lucky. Since he CORRECTLY identified linked accounts - you were close to just being written off.

There is new techniques but nobody will talk about them, and rightfully so. The only oldschool stealth way is to get mc999d and send in docs the new way means you have to be legit 10000% of the time

got a MC999 today. I was in the 10 / $500 limit range.
Called them (I'm from Hungary, can't even speak english good, can only write), the guy was very helpful, asked me questions like what I sell, how fast I ship, what it the transaction amount, etc. After I answered the questions, he put me on hold, and then when he got back to me he was happy to tell me that my limits were raised to 100/$1500
I was afraid but I'm happy now:D

So mc999 was not bad for me after all...

Then stop talking about NOT talking about them.

Always with the doom and gloom.

Or tell aspkin you disagree with the way things are done instead of repeated barbed digs in nearly every post.
You never PROVE your point, just moan

Well so your saying its not in the stealth book because of the Crimes Act 1958 - SECT 83A. I would say this topic is a grey area.
