I could be 'wrong' but I suspect this is html/scripting template being used on this page & hence the setup of it the way it is.

I suggest you look up ebay templates if you want to try to achieve this with your listings.

There are several options here.

1. MS Paint.
2. Photoshop.

Looks like a simple MS Paint job to me, it's most certainly the easiest way, abit of copy/paste and croping.
