Those who ask question prior to a sale are trouble.
Also you have the clueless buyers who ask 5 questions, and then somebody else snags it, lol.
I find this also, especially the ones that already have negative undertones. I still am very helpful, but at times I will put them on the blocked list.
I once got a negative feedback because buyer stated "it was too hard to use"... "it" was a portable hard drive... So now if the question is out in left field, I will block them. But this is rare.
Ask buy.com a question on Ebay. You'll maybe receive a response in 3-5 days, and then they'll tell you to check the manufacturers website or do your own research, lmao.
