Got a confused buyer for a 1500$ item, who denied the cancellation request ( it prompts you I believe as soon as you login ). He didn't get to read his messages first.
How to get the FVF back on this since he denied the request? Contact Ebay, explain the buyer was confused?
Will not re-list the item for him unless I get the FVF's back first.
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!
You will need to contact eb pronto - live chat or e-mail. This is why I am NOT a bg fan of cancellation - I open unpaid on buyer's A$$es all the time if they pay up...within reasonable limits of course.
Guess will have to call in if it happens again. No good solution.
I don't think they will send a cancellation request on their own. Either they will be too incompetent to navigate the website or utterly lazy.
On the other hand, I had a buyer recently ask me to me send him a cancellation request after a 1300$ sale, to get my FVF's back. For once a buyer aware of the disgusting fees
