which email for contacting ebay uk

anyone.....what is the best email address to email ebay directly regarding account restrictions please ? my suspended account wont let me reply to messages they have sent me :-s

the email address registered to the account, any other will be rejected as not being associated with your account

ok im dealing with an old suspended account, its hopefully on the way to getting sorted

however i need to exchange emails with ebay regarding it and am unable to send emails to them through the ebay system (blocked account) although can recieve

also the registered email address is now dead (old website url)

i cant change the email address and ebay wont respond to a not registered email, ive tried logging out and emailing as a guest but it only gives the option to call them

any ideas/thoughts please

You will need to call them

mmmm doesnt OP mean which ebay email....well just email whatever one they emailed you from, chances are it will bounce or generic reply at least x5 times, until you flip out and start witing in CAPITALS and making threats, then they reply semi-personally, good luck with it, been there, takes a month of continual emails to get sorted, and as for phone, even more useless.......it will get sorted though, if any consolation
